Equi-Bow is a gentle form of hands-on bodywork that uses specific series of muscle and connective tissue movements to stimulate the nervous system to reset itself and begin healing. Equi-Bow brings together knowledge from multiple modalities including Bowen, Cranio-Sacral, Feldenkrais, and myofascial release. This combination gives the body maximum opportunity to use its own self-healing powers and repattern the neuromuscular connections.
By addressing both the musculo-skeletal structure and internal organ systems, Equi-Bow is able to address a wide range of problems and injuries, including:
